In Gateway, only a Super Admin or Branch Manager has the ability to disable other user's in the system.
Log in to your account
From the menu, click User Access
From the Active user list, locate the user you would like to disable
Select the user, User Information page will load
Under User Status, select Disabled
The user is now disabled and no longer has access to the system.
