Update user information

Update your team member's user information. Only Super Admins and Branch Managers have access to update a user's information

  1. Log in to your account

  2. From the menu, select User Access

  3. From the Active user list, select the user who you would like update

  4. Update the user's name, phone number, role, or status.

    1. If you would like to update the contracts assigned to the user, select Assigned Contractors in the tab panel on the top of the page

    2. If you would like to update a user's branch access, select Branch-Wide Access in the tab panel on the of the page

  5. The user's information will now update

You will not be able to update the user's email address. In order to update the email address, you will have to disable the user and send an invitation to their new email address.
