This guide walks you through each element of the Live Map so you know exactly what you are looking at.
Top Stats Bar
At the top of the screen, you will see summary cards showing:
Signups Today — New contractor signups, with a percentage change compared to yesterday.
Onboards Today — Contractors who completed onboarding, with a day-over-day comparison.
Orders Today — Total submitted orders for the day.
Revenue Today — Total revenue from submitted orders for the day.
These numbers refresh every 60 seconds.
Branch Markers
Each of your branches appears as a marker on the map. Click a branch marker to see:
Branch name and address
Daily signup and onboarding counts
Daily order count and revenue
Event Pins
When a new order or signup event occurs, a pin appears on the map at the event location. Key details:
Pins appear within 15 seconds of the event.
Each pin stays on the map for 30 minutes before disappearing.
Click a pin to see the company name, location, and month-to-date order and revenue totals.
Activity Sidebar
On the side of the screen, a scrollable activity feed shows the most recent events (up to 50) in chronological order. This gives you a quick text-based view of what is happening across your branches.
Note: The activity sidebar is available to Sales Rep and Super Admin roles.
Heat Map
The heat map layer shows activity density across your branches. Brighter, more intense areas indicate higher volumes of recent activity. This makes it easy to identify your most active locations at a glance.
Data Privacy
Everything you see on Live Map is scoped exclusively to your organization. You will only ever see your own branches, your own orders, and your own activity. No other partner's data is visible.
